Philippine Red Cross is seeking for: Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Advisor for Australian Red Cross.

Required skills

1. Applicants must be a Degree holder in any relevant discipline.
2. Applicants must have at least 5 years experience in implementing a range of program planning, monitoring and evaluation in long term development.
3. At least 3 years experience in disaster risk management
4. ability to develop monitoring and evaluation framework and tools.
5. Ability to write project progress, monitoring and evaluation reports.
